Graeme Souness: How Chelsea can get the best out of Cesc Fabregas
The Liverpool legend explains how Antonio Conte can continue to get the best out of Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas

Graeme Souness has urged Antonio Conte to continue to use Cesc Fabregas in an advanced role to get the best out of the Chelsea midfielder.
The defending Premier League champions have managed to recover from a slow start to the season to go seven games unbeaten to put some pressure under Manchester City and Manchester United at the top of the table.
Chelsea lost to Burnley, Crystal Palace and Manchester City in their opening seven Premier League games to lose ground on Pep Guardiola’s men.
But the title holders have since managed to beat former manager Jose Mourinho and his Manchester United side at Stamford Bridge thanks to Alvaro Morata’s second-half winner.
Chelsea have beaten Bournemouth, West Brom, Watford, Swansea City, Newcastle United and Manchester United, while the Blues secured a credible 1-1 draw at Liverpool.
Fabregas has played a key role getting Chelsea’s season back on track thanks to his excellent performance in a playmaker role with Tiemoue Bakayoko and N’Golo Kante for support.
Former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder Souness explained how Conte can continue to extract world-class performances from Fabregas.
“To get the best out of Cesc, you’ve got to get him further up the pitch and put young legs about him,” Souness told Sky Sports.
Chelsea are looking to win their three Premier League title in four seasons.
