Eden Hazard is confident that Chelsea have what it takes to get their title bid back on track and beat Manchester City to the Premier League trophy.

Hazard was once again in superb form for Antonio Conte’s men on Saturday evening as he fired the Blues to a vital 1-0 victory over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

However, Chelsea still remain some distance behind leaders Manchester United, who have been in superb form so far this term.

The Citizens are currently nine points ahead of the Blues at the top of the table after 10 games and look as if they will be the team to beat in the Premier League this season.

However, the 26-year-old is hopeful that the Blues will be able to catch up with the Citizens in the coming weeks and months.

Hazard told Chelsea’s website: “The season is long, you never know what is going to happen.

“They are top of the league and play well, they score a lot of goals but you never know – injury, bad form – so we will see.

“We want to be at the top of the league at the end of the season, we have a lot of games to play so we will see at the end.”

Chelsea return to Champions League action on Tuesday night when they take on Roma in Italy.

The two sides drew 3-3 at Stamford Bridge earlier this month when they met in the first game of the group stage.

Chelsea have been in good form in the Champions League so far this season, winning two and drawing one of their opening three group games.
