Frank Lampard predicts where Chelsea will finish this season
The Chelsea legend believes Antonio Conte's side will retain the Premier League title this season

Frank Lampard is confident that Chelsea will retain their Premier League title this season.
The Premier League champions endured a tough start to the 2017-18 campaign after Chelsea suffered a shock 3-2 loss to Burnley at Stamford Bridge in their season opener.
Chelsea suffered a further blow as club captain Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas were both sent off against Sean Dyche’s side to rule them out of last weekend’s trip to Wembley.
However, Conte’s side were 2-1 winners against title rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the national stadium thanks to Marcos Alonso’s goals either side of half-time.
The Spanish full-back broke the deadlock with a superb free-kick before Alonso restored their slender lead in the 88th minute following Michy Batshuayi’s own goal.
Manchester United have eased to 4-0 victories over West Ham United and Swansea City in their opening two Premier League fixtures to underline their status as genuine title contenders.
Former Chelsea star Lampard believes the Blues will still win the Premier League title with key man Eden Hazard set to return from an ankle injury in the coming months.
Asked where Chelsea will finish in the title race, Lampard told Arsenal Fan TV: “Chelsea.
“I think Chelsea are going to sign a couple of players. If Hazard gets fit and firing then they’ve got the best set-up.
“They’re organised and the back three are brilliant. They defend better than anyone.”
Chelsea won the Premier League title with two games to spare last term after the west London side finished seven points clear of Tottenham Hotspur.
