Chelsea one step away from making 26-year-old first summer signing – report
Chelsea have moved a step closer towards signing Alex Sandro from Juventus, according to reports

Chelsea have moved closer to securing a deal to sign Alex Sandro from Juventus, according to reports in Italy.
Italian newspaper La Stampa is reporting that Chelsea are just “one step” away from securing the signing of the Brazilian full-back from Juventus.
The same article claims that Chelsea have made a £60m offer to sign Sandro as Antonio Conte looks to strengthen his options at full-back.
The story also says that Sandro has been offered a contract by Chelsea as the Blues look to wrap up their first signing of the summer.
Sandro has been heavily linked with a transfer to Stamford Bridge in recent days as the Blues aim to strengthen ahead of next season.
The Premier League champions have unsurprisingly been linked with a host of players as well as Sandro this summer, but the Blues have not yet officially confirmed any new signings.
Still, it appears that Chelsea are edging closer towards concluding a deal for Sandro if the latest reports in Italy are to be believed.
Chelsea won the Premier League title last season and are now preparing for a return to the Champions League next term.
