Antonio Conte tipped to get the best out of Chelsea transfer target
Julien Laurens says Antonio Conte will get the best out of Tiemoue Bakayoko next season should he move to Chelsea

Antonio Conte will get the best out of Tiemoue Bakayoko next season if the midfielder signs for Chelsea this summer, according to Julien Laurens.
The Blues are being heavily linked with a transfer swoop to bring Bakayoko to Stamford Bridge this summer as Conte looks to bolster his midfield options at the west London club.
Chelsea have been linked with a number of players this summer but it seems that Bakayoko is one of the Blues’ top targets, if the latest reports are to be believed.
French football expert Laurens feels that Conte is the perfect manager to get the best out of Bakayoko next season should he indeed move to Stamford Bridge.
And he also feels that Bakayoko could be the perfect midfield partner for N’Golo Kante at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking to ESPN FC, Laurens said: “The thing that Bakayoko needs to get next season and where Conte is going to be a huge help, is the concentration, the focus.
“We saw for example the first game against Manchester City in the Champions League where he would do 15 great minutes and for 10 minutes disappear from the game and then another 15 great minutes, and after that disappear again.
“I think he needs that consistency through the same game and I think Conte will help him stay on the same focus, stay on the same level always and then have peaks now and then, but never go missing like he’s done a bit for Monaco, especially in the big games this season.
“I think Conte would be perfect for him like he was with N’Golo Kante.
“I think playing with Kante for Bakayoko having another Frenchman there would be perfect and the way Chelsea are playing in the Premier League, he’s so physical, he’s so strong.
“It would be perfect for him, I just hope he adapts quickly to Conte’s methods and to the way the Premier League is being played.”
Chelsea are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as Conte prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next season.
The west London side won the Premier League last term but came up short in the FA Cup final, when they were beaten 2-1 by Arsenal.
