Chelsea signing will speed up Man United’s transfer business – report
Chelsea's signing of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco is likely to speed up Nemanja Matic's move to Manchester United, say reports

Chelsea’s expected signing of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco is likely to accelerate Manchester United’s move to land Nemanja Matic, according to reports.
The Daily Telegraph is claiming that the Blues are hoping to be able to conclude a deal for France star Bakayoko as Antonio Conte moves to bolster his midfield options at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move to sign Matic this summer as Jose Mourinho looks to add some depth to his squad ahead of next season.
The same report claims that Chelsea will “reluctantly” let Matic leave this summer after having failed to negotiate a new deal with the Serbia international in recent months.
Matic worked under Mourinho at Chelsea and the pair won the EFL Cup and Premier League title together in the 2014-15 season.
And it would seem that the 28-year-old midfielder could be set to join Manchester United and link up with his former manager once again, this time at Old Trafford.
Manchester United have been linked with a host of players this summer but have so far only completed a deal to sign defender Victor Lindelof from Benfica.
