Antonio Conte is determined not to let Charly Musonda leave Chelsea in the January transfer window, say reports

Antonio Conte is determined not to let Charly Musonda leave Chelsea in the January transfer window, according to reports in the British media.
The Evening Standard is reporting that the Italian manager is looking to keep the 21-year-old at Stamford Bridge beyond the January transfer window.
The same report states that Chelsea were considering sending Musonda out on loan for the second half of the season so he could gain some regular playing time.
However, the story says that Conte has now made up his mind to keep Musonda at the club because he feels that the youngster has a lot to offer at Stamford Bridge.
The same report states that Chelsea have even held talks with Musonda about the possibility of extending his contract at Stamford Bridge beyond the summer of 2019.
Chelsea are preparing to return to Premier League action this weekend when they travel to Bournemouth on Saturday evening.
The west London side are looking to string together a series of positive results after their thrilling comeback win over Watford last weekend.
That result left Conte’s men in fourth place in the Premier League table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City after nine games of the new campaign.
