David Bentley is expecting to see N’Golo Kante win the PFA player of the year award this season.
The midfielder has been in superb form for Chelsea so far this season and has helped the Blues establish themselves as the firm favourites to win the title this term.
Kante earned plenty of new admirers last term as he helped Leicester win the Premier League title under Claudio Ranieri.
The France international has been tipped as one of the leading contenders to win the PFA player of the year award this season following his sparkling form for the Blues.
Former Tottenham midfielder Bentley is expecting to see Kante win the main prize, with Dele Alli taking home the young player of the year award.
Speaking to 888sport, Bentley said: ”I would imagine the PFA Player of the Year will be Kante. Everybody will vote for him.
“For the young player it will be Dele Alli again. Kante has been getting so much of the press and Chelsea are set to win the league with so much of it down to him.”

Kante has scored one goal in 28 games for Chelsea so far this season following his summer transfer to Stamford Bridge from Leicester last year.
