Chelsea ready to offer £150,000 a week to top 24-year-old striker – report
Chelsea are ready to offer Romelu Lukaku a lucrative contract to return to Stamford Bridge, say reports

Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Romelu Lukaku on a deal worth as much as £150,000 a week, but are yet to settle on a fee with Everton, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Star is reporting that Chelsea are prepared to offer the Belgian forward a hugely lucrative contract to secure a return to Stamford Bridge this summer.
However, the same article states that Everton are holding out for a staggering fee of £100m – and that Chelsea Roman Abramovich is not prepared to pay that much for a player the Blues sold to the Toffees for £28m three years ago.
As a result, it is claimed that negotiations between the two clubs are set to drag on over the summer as Chelsea look to lure the Belgian forward back to west London.
The same report states that Lukaku remains as Chelsea’s top striker target despite recent claims that the Blues could target Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata.
There is no doubt that Blues fans would welcome the signing of Lukaku this summer, with the 24-year-old having scored 25 goals and made six assists for Chelsea last season.
