Steven Gerrard: Summer Chelsea signing lights up when Eden Hazard gets the ball
Steven Gerrard says Eden Hazard and Steven Gerrard have already struck up a positive partnership at Chelsea

Steven Gerrard believes that Alvaro Morata has already struck up an understanding with Eden Hazard on the pitch for Chelsea this season.
The Spanish striker is getting used to life at Stamford Bridge after signing for the west London club from Real Madrid back in July.
Morata has made a strong start to his Chelsea career, scoring six goals and making three assists in nine Premier League games, but the 25-year-old has failed to score in his last six Premier League outings.
Neither Morata nor Hazard were able to find the net as Chelsea slumped to a disappointing 3-0 loss to Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
However, former Liverpool captain Gerrard believes the Chelsea fans can take heart from the way in which Hazard and Morata have been linking up in recent weeks.
Speaking to BT Sport on Tuesday night, Gerrard said: “You can see Morata light up and get on the move as soon as Hazard gets on the ball.
“He is already on his bike. He trusts that the ball is going to come.”
Both Hazard and Morata will be hoping to feature when the Blues return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon with a crunch clash against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are currently fourth in the Premier League table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City after 10 games of the new campaign.
