Chelsea look to make 24-year-old their second summer signing – report
Chelsea have tabled a £22m bid for Porto full-back Alex Telles, according to reports

Chelsea are exploring the possibility of making Porto full-back Alex Telles their second summer signing, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that the Blues have turned their attentions towards a potential move for the 24-year-old amid “fears” that Paris Saint-Germain are poised to hijack their bid to sign Alex Sandro from Juventus.
The same story claims that Chelsea have approached Porto about Telles and have already tabled a bid of around £22m for the Brazilian.
The defender only moved to Europe two years ago after beginning his career in his native Brazil with Juventude and Gremio.
It is claimed in the same story that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte see Telles as a strong option along with Marcos Alonso at wing-back for the Premier League champions.
Conte is out to bolster his squad this summer as he prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next season.
Chelsea confirmed goalkeeper Willy Caballero as the club’s first summer signing on Saturday.
The west London side won the Premier League title in Conte’s first season in charge at Stamford Bridge but missed out on the FA Cup title when they were beaten by Arsenal in the final in May.
