Mauricio Pochettino has a blunt warning for Chelsea about Tottenham
Mauricio Pochettino warns Chelsea that Tottenham are ready to capitalise on any more slip-ups in the title race

Mauricio Pochettino has warned Chelsea that Tottenham are primed and ready to capitalise on any more slip-ups from the Blues in the Premier League title race.
Tottenham were able to close the gap to Chelsea down to seven points on Saturday after the Blues slumped to a surprise 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino watched his Tottenham side beat Burnley 2-0 at Turf Moor to keep their title hopes alive and keep the pressure on the Premier League leaders.
Next up for Chelsea is a crunch home clash against Manchester City at Turf Moor as they bid to keep their title bid on track.
However, Pochettino has warned Antonio Conte that his side are ready to turn up the pressure on the Blues as the season reaches its climax.
Speaking at his post-match news conference on Saturday, Pochettino said: “It’s massive for us because look what happened [at Chelsea], we reduce the gap to seven points now.
“It’s important for us to be there if Chelsea fade. We are there, we are fighting to finish as high as possible and today we must feel very proud.
“Seven points is completely different to 10, but there’s still a lot of work to do, if they fade we need to do our job and if we do that we can be there until the end of the season.”
