Sky Sports News reporter provides positive update on Chelsea transfer plans in January
Antonio Conte appears to be making some progress with the Chelsea deals that he is looking to make in January, according to Kaveh Solhekol

Antonio Conte could be making some good progress with some Chelsea deals ahead of the January transfer window, Kaveh Solhekol has claimed.
The Blues are in second place in the Premier League table and 15 points adrift of runaway leaders Manchester City with 17 games to go.
Chelsea signed six players in the summer transfer window to improve their squad ahead of a return to the Champions League after a one-season absence.
The defending Premier League champions endured a frustrating summer transfer window after missing out on some of their top targets.
Indeed, Everton striker Romelu Lukaku opted to moved to Manchester United in spite of interest from his former club Chelsea.
The Blues were also unable to get a deal to sign Juventus defender Alex Sandro over the line.
But Sky Sports News reporter Solhekol believes Conte’s good mood could be down to their progress in the January transfer market.
“Conte wants to do some business,” Solhekol told the Transfer Talk podcast on Sky Sports News.
“He missed out on signing Llorente and Barkley. He doesn’t always get his own way in the transfer market.
“He seemed in a good mood in his recent media conference.
“Maybe that’s a sign he might be making progress with some deals he wants.”
Chelsea have won the Premier League title in two of the past three seasons.
