Chelsea close to wrapping up first summer signing in £60m deal – report
Chelsea are set to complete a £60m deal to sign Juventus left-back Alex Sandro in the summer transfer window, according to reports

Chelsea are set to complete a £60m deal which will see Alex Sandro become their first summer signing, according to reports in England.
The Daily Star is reporting that Serie A giants Juventus have buckled under the pressure from Chelsea’s relentless pursuit of the Brazil international.
The same article states that Chelsea have already agreed terms with the left-back which will see Sandro get a significant pay increase at Stamford Bridge.
The Premier League champions will have plenty of competition at wing-back if Sandro completes a move to west London given Marco Alonso’s excellent performances in the 2016-17 campaign.
Indeed, Alonso was a surprise package in the English top flight last term after excelling on the left side of Antonio Conte’s defence following a £17m switch from Serie A side Fiorentina last summer.
Sandro, 26, scored three times and made five assists in 43 games in all competitions to help Juventus win Serie A and Coppa Italia.
The Italian giants lost 4-1 to La Liga side Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Cardiff earlier this month.
