Chelsea set to make 26-year-old world’s most-expensive defender – report
Chelsea are ready to make Juventus star Alex Sandro the world's most-expensive defender, according to reports in England

Chelsea are set to complete a £61m deal to sign Juventus left-back Alex Sandro, according to reports in the English media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Premier League champions will make Sandro the world’s most-expensive defender in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Chelsea will recoup some of Sandro’s transfer fee with the sale of Netherlands Under-21 international Nathan Ake to Premier League side Bournemouth.
The west London side are confident of securing £20m for the promising 21-year-old defender this summer to help balance the books ahead of the purchase of Sandro.
According to the Daily Mail, Sandro has informed Juventus of his intention to leave the Serie A champions in the summer transfer window.
The Champions League runners-up would be willing to sell the Brazil international to Chelsea if the price is right.
Antonio Conte has endured a frustrating transfer window so far after failing to complete any summer deals.
The Italian coach is sure to improve his squad in the summer ahead of a return to the Champions League next season.
