Chelsea could pull of a coup and sign Antonio Rudiger for as little as £23m from AS Roma, according to reports in Italy

Chelsea could sign Antonio Rudiger in a cut-price £23m deal from AS Roma, according to reports in Italy.
Italian outlet Transfermarketweb, as quoted by the Daily Star, is reporting that the Premier League champions could pull off a shrewd piece of business in the current transfer window.
The same article states that Rudiger could move to Chelsea for as little as £23m despite reports last week stating that the centre-half would cost in excess of £30m.
However, according to the same story, Chelsea could face competition to sign Rudiger given interest from Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
Chelsea have already raised significant transfer funds in the summer transfer window following the big-money sales of Netherlands defender Nathan Ake and France forward Bertrand Traore.
Chelsea completed their first summer signing last week after Manchester City’s second-choice goalkeeper Willy Caballero completed a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues won the Premier League title in their first season under Antonio Conte after finish seven points clear of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
