Chelsea urged to make this signing in January transfer window
Jamie Redknapp delivers his blunt verdict on the transfer business Chelsea need to do in January

Jamie Redknapp has urged Antonio Conte to splash the cash on signing a new striker for Chelsea in the January transfer window.
The Blues were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon in the absence of the suspended Alvaro Morata.
Conte opted not to start Michy Batshuayi despite Morata’s suspension and instead chose to bring him on only for the final 19 minutes at Goodison Park.
Chelsea could well be on the lookout for a new striker in the mid-season transfer window as Conte looks to bolster his squad.
Former Liverpool FC star Redknapp says he wants to see the Blues bring in a new striker in January but warned Conte that he must be willing to play him when it matters.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Saturday’s draw, Redknapp said: “Even if you find someone [a striker to buy in January], at least play him.
“They’ve got someone to back Morata up who cost £35m [Batshuayi] but he’s not playing.”
Chelsea must now dust themselves down as they look to try and get back to winning ways when the Blues take on Brighton at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.
The west London side are currently in third place in the Premier League table but it’s looking increasingly that they will surrender their title to Manchester City.
