Chelsea told 24-year-old would be better signing than Aubameyang
ESPN FC pundit Alejandro Moreno believes Alvaro Morata would be a better Chelsea signing for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Alvaro Morata would be a more productive signing than Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to ESPN FC expert Alejandro Moreno.
The Premier League champions are having to rethink their summer transfer plans after Manchester United hijacked a £75m deal to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton ahead of their title rivals.
Chelsea are now being linked with a big-money move to sign Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata, who was previously touted as Manchester United’s top target this summer.
Antonio Conte is thought to be a big fan of the Spain international despite missing out on the chance to coach the promising 24-year-old striker at Juventus.
On Tuesday, it was reported that Chelsea were also keeping tabs on Borussia Dortmund striker Aubameyang who is available to purchase in the current transfer window.
The African centre-forward scored 31 times in 32 games in the German top flight last term to take his tally to 85 goals in four seasons at Dortmund in the Bundesliga.
ESPN FC pundit Moreno explained why Chelsea should sign Morata ahead of Aubameyang despite the Gabon international’s impressive goal record in German top flight.
“To me I would take Morata, simply because I like him better as a player, because of the age factor, because I think Morata is very much coming into his prime and he’s going to be a productive player for years to come
“Aubameyang, I’m not sure that whether his best years are behind him.
I don’t know whether he’s going to have that same productivity.
“It’s a gamble either way, I would take Morata.”
