Antonio Conte tells Chelsea to sign top 24-year-old striker at any price – report
The Chelsea manager is desperate to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku to replace Diego Costa this summer, according to reports

Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to sign Romelu Lukaku even if the striker costs his former club £100m, according to reports in the English media.
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Blues manager has told the Premier League champions to re-sign the Belgium international at any price this summer.
The same article states that Conte wouldn’t have a problem with Chelsea meeting Everton’s valuation of £100m despite the Blues selling Lukaku to the Toffees in a £27m deal in 2014.
According to the same story, the Italian coach is the man responsible for identifying Lukaku as the perfect replacement for Diego Costa and the 24-year-old remains Conte’s number one summer target.
Indeed, the Daily Telegraph reports that Conte is such a big admirer of Lukaku that the Chelsea boss tried to sign the former Anderlecht forward during his spell in charge of the Italian club.
The article concludes that Chelsea’s hopes of signing Lukaku rest with the club’s director Marina Granovskaia, who will be tasked with negotiating a deal to sign Lukaku for less than his £100m price tag.
Chelsea have only completed the signing of Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero in the summer transfer window so far.
