Chelsea contact Real Madrid about signing 26-year-old – report
Chelsea have made contact with Real Madrid about the possibility of signing Danilo this summer, say reports

Chelsea have made contact with Real Madrid about the possibility of signing defender Danilo this summer, according to reports in Spain.
Spanish newspaper Marca, as quoted by the Daily Express, is claiming that the west London side are interested in landing the 26-year-old this summer and have already approached Real Madrid to enquire about his availability.
Chelsea, along with Italian side Juventus, are said to be interested in signing the Real Madrid right-back this summer as they prepare for the new season.
Danilo has generally found himself behind Dani Carvajal in Zinedine Zidane’s starting line-up at The Bernabeu and it remains to be seen whether he would be open to a move away from Real Madrid in search of more regular playing time.
It is claimed in the same article that Madrid would be able to cope without the Brazilian because Nacho can provide cover should he leave the Spanish giants.
Chelsea have been linked with a host of player this summer but have so far only signed goalkeeper Willy Caballero on a free transfer from Manchester City.
