Chelsea focus on trying to sign top 24-year-old striker – report
Chelsea are determined to try and sign Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid this summer, according to reports

Chelsea are now prioritising the signing of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Guardian is reporting that the Blues have switched their attentions towards trying to land the Spanish forward after losing out to Manchester United in the race to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
Morata has been heavily linked with Manchester United all summer but a move to Chelsea looks more likely now that the Red Devils have completed the capture of Lukaku.
The same report states that Chelsea are looking to sell Diego Costa to Atletico Madrid this summer following the uncertainty about the forward’s future.
The story says that Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is a big admirer of Morata and that the Spanish forward almost moved to Stamford Bridge last summer before his switch from Juventus to Real Madrid.
Morata is thought to be keen on a move away from Real Madrid this summer as he looks to gain some regular playing time in the build-up to the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Chelsea confirmed their second signing of the summer on Sunday with the capture of defender Antonio Rudiger from Roma.
