Chelsea to finally complete second signing after agents arrive – report
Chelsea are closing in on the signing of German defender Antonio Rudiger from Roma, according to reports

Chelsea are finally closing in on the signing of Antonio Rudiger from AS Roma after the agents involved in overseeing the deal arrived in London on Saturday, according to reports in the British media.
Sky Sports is reporting that the west London side are set to wrap up the signing of the 24-year-old Germany defender as their second summer signing.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move for the Roma star in recent days as Antonio Conte looks to bolster his defensive options ahead of his second season in charge at Stamford Bridge.
The same report claims that the two clubs have already settled on a fee which could rise to £34m for the defender and that discussions about personal terms are at an “advanced” stage.
Chelsea completed their first signing of the summer last weekend with a deal to land goalkeeper Willy Caballero on a free transfer from Manchester City.
The Blues are likely to want to add a number of other players to their squad as Chelsea gear up for a return to the Champions League next season.
