Chelsea transfers: Atletico laugh off Radamel Falcao to Monaco reports
Chelsea transfers: Atletico Madrid laugh off speculation linking Blues target Radamel Falcao with a summer switch to Monaco

Atletico Madrid have moved to play down reports that Chelsea target Radamel Falcao is set to join Monaco in the summer transfer window.
The Colombia international has been the subject of speculation suggesting that the cash-rich Ligue 2 leaders could tempt the striker to the club.
Chelsea and Manchester City have both been linked with Falcao after the forward scored 27 goals in 32 La Liga appearances for Diego Simeone’s side this season.
And Atletico president Enrique Cerezo laughed off the latest transfer rumours surrounding their prized asset.
“Now Falcao’s going to Monaco? We are going to go around the whole world!” said Cerezo.
Atletico face their bitter city rivals Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final next week, and Cerezo believes Falcao will have a big part to play in the showpiece.
“Falcao is a specialist at playing in finals and, in the end, he can help us win them,” the Atletico president added.
Meanwhile, Monaco manager Claudio Ranieri refused to fuel the speculation and attempted to play down the chances of Falcao joining the Ligue 2 side.
“Falcao will join Monaco? Oh yes, just like Beckham. I like rumours too. When he will come I will tell you,” said the former Chelsea boss.
