Chelsea transfers: Atletico Madrid's Radamel Falcao says he is open to a switch to Paris Saint-Germain amid Chelsea interest

Radamel Falcao has revealed that he would be open to a move to Ligue 1’s Paris Saint-Germain, with Chelsea also chasing the Atletico Madrid striker.
The Colombia international has been a sensation for Diego Simeone’s side over the past 18 months, scoring a staggering 69 goals in 57 appearances since joining from Porto in 2011.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for the 26-year-old, who cost Atletico over €40 (£33m), but Falcao appears to set to move to France or Italy should he leave the Vicente Calderón Stadium.
“France is a wonderful country,” Falcao told Telefoot. “I have been there before and I liked it very much.
“PSG has a very ambitious project and has invested a lot of money to build an important team. They are going to need some time but they could reach their objective very soon.
“It’s not impossible that PSG and me see each other very soon.”
Falcao also spoke of his admiration for PSG’s talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has scored 18 goals in 17 league appearances.
“I have always followed the career of Zlatan, it has been incredible. He has had success in all the leagues in which he has played. He is a fantastic player and has scored many goals.
“I like to be in a situation of competing with this kind of player. But my principle objective is to be better every day.”
