Chelsea transfers: Jose Mourinho gives update on January plans
Chelsea transfers: Jose Mourinho does not expect to sign any more players this month

Jose Mourinho does not expect to add any more players to his Chelsea squad during the January transfer window.
The Blues have wrapped up deals to sign Mohamed Salah and Nemanja Matic this month after agreeing to let Juan Mata move to Manchester United.
We changed two players and our squad now is more balanced

And quizzed about the west London club’s plans for the remainder of the transfer window, Mourinho said he would “incredibly surprised” if the Blues signed any more players before Friday’s deadline.
“At the moment we have a 21-player squad which is exactly the number we want to have.
“And with the natural improvement every big club has of bringing in one or two players, we are signing players for the future so I think we are doing well.
“We are doing things progressively; we did something in the summer; we did Matic now; we react with Juan with Salah.”
“Unless an incredibly surprising deal happens with one of our players and because of that we have to react I don’t believe there will be any more [dealings].”
“We are happy with what we did, Kevin De Bruyne was expected and very good if you can compare what Chelsea paid for Kevin a couple of years ago.
“Juan was unexpected and we answered immediately with Salah who will be a good player for us.
“Matic was needed, we had six wingers and number 10s so without spending more than what we got we changed two players and our squad now is more balanced.”
