Chelsea transfers: ‘Thibaut Courtois could leave the Blues’
Chelsea transfers: Thibaut Courtois could leave the Blues for Atletico Madrid or another club, according to Toby Alderweireld

Thibaut Courtois could leave Chelsea in search of regular first-team football when his Atletico Madrid loan ends, according to Toby Alderweireld.
The 21-year-old has been ever-present for Diego Simeone’s high-flying Atletico Madrid this term after sealing a successive season-long loan move to Vincente Calderon.
Courtois has spent the past two-and-a-half seasons at Atletico as Czech Republic international Petr Cech continues to be Chelsea’s number one goalkeeper.
Belgium international Alderweireld considers Courtois to be one of the best goalkeepers in the world and feels the shot-stopper should permanently join a club where he is first-choice.
“He is incredible. He can do everything,” Alderweireld told Sky Sports.
“He is good with the ball, he is good with his feet and he is great on his line. I don’t think he has a weak point and I think he can be the best keeper in the world.
“I see him in training every day and I see him in games and I doubt there are any keepers better than him.
“He does not want to sit on the bench for eight games then play for one. He is very smart and I think it would be a good choice for him to maybe stay with Atletico, or go to another club where he will be number one.”
