Chelsea transfers: Wolfsburg ‘ready to buy or loan’ Kevin De Bruyne
Chelsea transfers: Wolfsburg are ready to buy Kevin De Bruyne if the Blues wish to sell, according to the club's general manager

Wolfsburg are ready to buy Kevin de Bruyne if Chelsea are willing to sell the midfielder, according to the club’s general manager Klaus Allofs.
The Belgium international’s situation has been a source of speculation in recent weeks after falling out of favour under Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
“If Chelsea want to sell him, we are ready to buy him or loan him with an option to buy,” Allofs told Wolfsburger Allgemeinen Zeitung.
De Bruyne has failed to score in four appearances in all competitions for the west London side this season after returning from a season-long loan at Werder Bremen.
The 22-year-old’s agent Patrick De Koster confirmed there were a number of clubs interested in the playmaker but insisted De Bruyne will talk to Chelsea before turning his thoughts to a pontential move.
“There’s interest from some teams, but we will first talk to Chelsea. I don’t name clubs,” said De Koster.
“At the beginning of the season we agreed with Chelsea to talk in December. Then we will look at what’s the best for Chelsea and for Kevin.
“We’re now waiting on those talks. I suppose Jose Mourinho will have the final word. We’ll find a solution. We have a good relationship with Chelsea.
“If Kevin doesn’t play a lot, he’s not happy. The last few weeks he’s not playing spontaneously anymore, he thinks too much about his actions.”
