Rafael Benítez’s men are currently third in the table and two points ahead of Arsenal heading into the final round of top-flight games on Sunday.

Finishing third would secure the Blues a direct route into next season’s Champions League group stage, with the team that ends up fourth having to qualify via the play-off round.

Arsenal kept up the pressure on their London rivals with an impressive 4-1 victory over Wigan Athletic on Tuesday.

If Chelsea were to draw with Everton on Sunday and Arsenal win at Newcastle, there is the possibility that the two London clubs would have to play a deciding match to settle who finishes third in the table.

But the Blues will be keen to avoid adding another fixture to what has already been an incredibly gruelling season for the west Londoners.

The game at Stamford Bridge on Sunday will also be David Moyes’ last game in charge of the Toffees before the Scot takes over at Manchester United.

So why not book your seat at Stamford Bridge on Sunday today?
