Jose Mourinho’s side kept up the pace with London rivals and league leaders Arsenal on Sunday thanks to a convincing 3-1 win over defending champions Manchester United in west London.

Chelsea remain two points behind Arsene Wenger’s pace-setters, with the Blues in third place and a point behind Manchester City.

A win for Mourinho’s men against the struggling Hammers is surely a must if they are to keep up their hunt for the Premier League crown.
