Michael Owen admits he’s been impressed by ‘brilliant’ Chelsea star
Paul Scholes heaps praise on Eden Hazard following his top form for Chelsea this season

Michael Owen believes that Eden Hazard is back to his “brilliant” best for Chelsea.
The 26-year-old has been in fine form for the Blues in recent weeks and seems to be rediscovering his best form for the west London side.
Hazard has been a regular fixture in Antonio Conte’s starting line-up this season, with the Belgian having shaken off a serious ankle injury at the start of the campaign.
The playmaker has scored eight goals and made four assists in all competitions so far this term and looks like he is recapturing the kind of form which won him the PFA player of the year award in the 2014-15 season.
And former Liverpool and Manchester United star Owen admits that he is a huge admirer of the Belgium international when he’s performing at his best.
Speaking to BT Sport on Tuesday night, Owen said of Hazard: “He’s brilliant. He’s just got attributes that very few players have got.
“He’s so short with a low centre of gravity that he can just stop a player and a turn of pace gets him past them. He goes from no speed to full speed within a couple of strides.
“He’s got such a great touch… he’s got so much going for him. He’s a brilliant, brilliant player.”
Hazard will be expecting to feature for Chelsea when the Blues return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon with a trip to West Ham United.
The west London side head into that game in third place in the Premier League table as they look to try and defend the title they won under Conte last term.
