Eight stats highlight how Liverpool signing has improved under Jurgen Klopp
Oulala compare Sadio Mane's stats in his first 10 league games for Liverpool this season against his numbers in his final season at Southampton

Sadio Mane has been one of the signings of the summer following his move to Liverpool from Southampton in the summer.
The Senegal international completed a £34m switch to the Anfield outfit after an impressive two-season stay at St Mary’s.
However, Oulala’s stats highlight that Mane has already made big improvements under Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
In 10 Premier League appearances, Mane has scored six times, averaging a goal every 145 minutes. The African netted every 236 minutes in the 2015-16 Premier League season as the winger finished with 11 goals for the Saints.
While Mane has only made two assists in a Liverpool shirt so far, the former Red Bull Salzburg man is averaging a goal or an assist every 109 minutes at the Merseyside club.
The Senegal forward has made improvements to his all-round game – too.
He is making 31 successful passes per game in Klopp’s side which is an improvement on his passing stats with Southampton.
Mane is creating 1.6 chances per game which is up from 1.1 in Southampton colours.
The £34m man’s shot accuracy is up to 67% from 52%, and given his goal record at Anfield so, it’s no surprise that his conversion rate has jumped up to 25% from 13%.
Given his electric form, Mane is now suffering 2.7 fouls per game.
Next up for Liverpool is a trip to Mane’s former employers as the Senegal international looks to build on his impressive start at Southampton on Saturday.
