Fernando Torres: My 22-goal haul for Chelsea is not bad but I want more
Fernando Torres expresses his satisfaction with his goal return for Chelsea this season - but is desperate to improve next term

Fernando Torres has expressed his satisfaction with his goal return for Chelsea this season – but is keen to improve on it further next term.
The Spain striker netted his 22nd strike in all competitions on Sunday as he helped the Blues beat Everton 2-1, with the west Londoners cementing a third-place finish in their final game of the season.
The goal caps Torres’ most prolific season for Chelsea since his £50m transfer to Stamford Bridge from Liverpool back in 2011.
And the former Anfield star is targeting another improvement in 2013-14.
“Scoring 22 goals is not bad and everyone is asking for the strikers to score goals,” Torres told Chelsea’s website.
“It is much better than last season but hopefully next season it can be even better.”
The 29-year-old’s goal against the Toffees was his first Premier League strike of 2013 and took his top-flight tally to eight for the campaign.
But the striker is not concerned that most of his goals came in the cup competitions this season.
“In the last couple of months I was not really involved in the Premier League, I was playing more in Europe and in the cups,” he continued.
“It was a long time with not scoring but with the goal on Sunday I forget about that and think about next season.”
