Graham Hunter identifies Chelsea FC star who FC Barcelona will prioritise signing
The La Liga expert believes FC Barcelona will focus their efforts on signing N'Golo Kante from Chelsea FC
FC Barcelona could prioritise signing N’Golo Kante over Willian from Chelsea FC this summer, Graham Hunter has claimed.
The Brazil international has been attracting interest from the La Liga champions since the end of the Premier League season.
FC Barcelona are thought to be facing competition from Manchester United for the South American winger.
Kante has been linked with a move to the Spanish champions over the past two or three weeks during the World Cup.
The two-time Premier League winner is also thought to be a target for Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.
La Liga expert Hunter believes FC Barcelona would prefer to sign Kante rather than Willian.
“I don’t think they have the type of money to meet Willian’s price,” Hunter told the Transfer Talk podcast.
“They are far more interested in getting Kante away from Barcelona than Willian.”
Willian has won two Premier League titles, the League Cup and the FA Cup during his five-season stint at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues forward has won the Premier League title twice under Mourinho and his permanent successor Antonio Conte.
The winger has been linked with a potential move to the Red Devils after he fell out with former Chelsea FC boss Antonio Conte.
