Hull City 0 Chelsea 2: Petr Cech beleives Eden Hazard can become one of the greatest-ever players in the world
Petr Cech believes Eden Hazard can become one of the world’s greatest players after the Belgian inspired Chelsea to victory over Hull City.
Hazard, who Jose Mourinho stressed wasn’t for sale at any price amid reported interest from Paris Saint-Germain on Friday, broke the deadlock in the 56th minute with a superb solo goal at the KC Stadium.

And Fernando Torres capped his 200th Premier League appearance with a powerful low strike three minutes before full-time – it was the first time that the Spaniard had scored back-to-back top-flight goals since December 2012.
Chelsea leapfrogged Arsenal and Manchester City into top spot courtesy of their win, and Cech outlined the west London side’s desire to remain in pole position for as long as possible in the title race.
“If he keeps working, he has a big chance to become one of the greatest players,” Cech told BT Sport.
“He’s very close now but it’s too early. He needs to prove it every year, so I hope Eden will do that.”
Cech, who secured a Chelsea record 209th Premier League clean sheet at Hull, added: “The most important thing is that we keep winning games and keep winning trophies – we want to win the league if we can.
“Hopefully the clean sheets will help us reach our targets.
“This is the most pleasing statistics. We are top of the league for the first time in a long time and we hope to stay there as long as we can.”
When asked how far the current Chelsea side could go, Hazard replied: “We are young and we are in first place and we’ll see after February or March.
