I’m surrounded by champions at Man United, declares Robin van Persie
Robin van Persie says he feels like he is "surrounded by champions" at Manchester United this season

Robin van Persie says he feels like he is “surrounded by champions” at Manchester United as he bids to secure his first Premier League winners’ medal this season.
The Dutchman has already netted 19 goals in 25 outings for Sir Alex Ferguson’s men, with the Red Devils currently seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Van Persie, who moved to Manchester United in a £24m deal from Arsenal last summer, says he has found it easy to settle in at Old Trafford because his team-mates “know how to win”.
“This is a special team,” Van Persie told the Daily Express. “Everybody wants to help each other, everybody is keen for everyone to score.
“Defenders are working their socks off for the midfielders, the midfielders are working for the strikers. Everybody wants to run and everybody has one target in their mind.
“We have to look at it game by game but everybody wants to be champions. I feel that I’m surrounded by champions. They know how to win and that makes it really easy for me.”
