Jack Wilshere and Andy Roddick both tweet their thoughts as Novak Djokovic beats Roger Federer to win Wimbledon

Novak Djokovic claimed his second Wimbledon title with a thrilling five-set victory over Roger Federer on Sunday.

The 27-year-old Serb won 6-7 (7-9) 6-4 7-6 (7-4) 5-7 6-4 to net his seventh Grand Slam trophy after an enthralling final at the All England Club.

The enticing match inevitably prompted plenty of activity from some of the biggest names in the world of sport – and here are some of our favourite updates.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere (@JackWilshere) makes it clear who he is supporting: “Chilling watch RFvND….hoping for the legend to claim yet another Wimbledon trophy!”
