Jose Mourinho owes Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger an apology, according to former Gunners midfielder Ray Parlour.
The Chelsea boss branded the 64-year-old a “specialist in failure” in retaliation to Wenger’s claims that the Blues are afraid to call themselves title favourites in case they fail to win the crown.
We all love Jose as a manager but there is also a code of conduct between managers

However, Parlour, who won three Premier League titles with the Gunners, reckons that Mourinho overstepped the mind-games mark and should say sorry to his rival.
“I hope [Mourinho] has picked up the phone and apologised,” Parlour told ITV News.
“We all like the mind games but he went because a little bit over the top.
“We all love Jose as a manager but there is also a code of conduct between managers that says we should all respect each other.”
On Friday, Mourinho hit out at Wenger ahead of his side’s trip to Manchester City. The Chelsea manager said: “He’s a specialist in failure.
“The reality is that he is a specialist. He is eight years without a piece of silverware. If I do that with Chelsea, I leave and I don’t come back.”
Mourinho added: “I’ve a lot of respect for him and he is a great manager. But when he speaks about failure, failure is not to win a trophy for seven or eight years.
“If I don’t win a trophy in four years, I don’t want a [new] contract even if the club wants to give me one. That’s as simple as that.”
