Jurgen Klopp promises more game time for this Liverpool star
Jurgen Klopp says Danny Ings will get some more minutes for Liverpool on their tour in United States

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Danny Ings is set for some game time after the striker was an unused substitute for Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over AC Milan on Saturday evening.
The former Burnley man featured for the Merseyside outfit in their pre-season games in England before the Reds forward joined his team-mates on their trip Stateside.
However, Ings was a substitute in their 1-0 loss to Chelsea in midweek and was left on the bench for the game against Milan in Santa Clara.
However, the Liverpool manager revealed that Ings will get some game time against Roma in the Merseyside outfit’s final game of the summer tour in St Louis on 1 August.
“Danny Ings didn’t play tonight,” Klopp told his post-match media conference.
“I’ve already spoken to him after the game that it will come. The next game he will be involved.”
Liverpool had the upper-hand for most of the first half but couldn’t make the breakthrough despite Daniel Sturridge and Joran Henderson going close.
Sadio Mane, who was the Reds’s liveliest player in the opening 45 minutes, was denied by Gabriel’s brilliant save with his feet just before half-time.

Klopp made six changes at half-time and it was one of the German’s substitutions Divock Origi who made the breakthrough with a clinical finish.
And Roberto Firmino got on the end of Sheyi Ojo’s deflected cross to seal a 2-0 victory for the Reds.
