Antonio Conte sends fresh message to Chelsea fans about Cesc Fabregas
Antonio Conte talks up Cesc Fabregas' contribution for Chelsea after their 3-0 win at Everton

Antonio Conte singled out Cesc Fabregas for special praise after his “decisive” contribution in helping Chelsea beat Everton 3-0 on Sunday.
The Spaniard came on late in the second half at Goodison Park and set up fellow substitute Willian for Chelsea’s third and final goal against the Toffees.
Fabregas’s situation at Stamford Bridge has been a source of some speculation in recent weeks due to his lack of playing time under Conte.
Despite making a considerable impact when called upon, the 29-year-old has only started 10 Premier League games this season.
However, Conte chose to highlight Fabregas’ performance after Sunday’s game and also paid tribute to Willian for his involvement in the victory.
Speaking at his post-match news conference, Conte said: “I think Cesc is a player in this part of the season is showing to be decisive in every moment.
“If he starts the game [or if] he came on during the game.
“Also Willy, I know very well that it’s not easy for a player who is used to playing every game and to come on during the game.
“But I must be pleased with them because they are showing me to be great men and fantastic players.”
