Jamie Carragher: Tottenham would have beaten Chelsea to the title if this happened
Jamie Carragher feels that Chelsea have benefitted greatly by not having to play in Europe this season

Jamie Carragher believes that Tottenham would have been much more likely to beat Chelsea to the Premier League title if the Blues had been playing in Europe this season.
The west London club did not have the distraction of European football this season after the disappointment of their 10th-placed finish in the Premier League last term.
The Blues have established themselves as the heavy favourites to win the title this season under Antonio Conte following his appointment at Chelsea last summer.
Tottenham, meanwhile, are in second place and four points behind Chelsea with four games left to play.
And Liverpool legend Carragher feels that it would have been a very different title race if Chelsea had been playing in Europe this season.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football, Carragher said: “If Chelsea had played more games they probably would have had a few more injuries and couldn’t maybe play the same team week in and week out. I just think Spurs may have just done it.”
