Eden Hazard has once again reiterated his desire to remain at Chelsea.

The Belgium international won his second Premier League title in three seasons in May after Chelsea’s 1-0 win at West Brom secure the top-flight trophy with two games to spare.

Chelsea finished seven points clear of Tottenham Hotspur in the title race thanks in part to the impressive form of Hazard.

Antonio Conte, who took over the reins from Guus Hiddink at the end of the 2015-16 season, managed to help Hazard get back to his best in the most-recent Premier League campaign.

Indeed, the Chelsea number 10 finished with a credible return of 16 goals in 36 games to secure his second Premier League winner’s medal.

Hazard has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent months after his impressive return to form under Antonio Conte.

But the Chelsea star has underlined his commitment to the Premier League champions as the Blues prepare for a return to the Champions League next season.

“I’ve spent five years here, I know everything about the club,” Hazard told Chelsea’s website.

“Even if I’m still only 26 I have a lot of experience now. I started playing at 16 in France so I’ve been professional for 10 years.

“I like it here because it’s a family club. I have a lot of friends and we all talk to each other.

“In terms of games and experience I’m one of the oldest players and that’s good. This is my second home and I’m happy at Chelsea.
