Journalist claims this player is definitely signing for Man United this summer
Manchester United are hoping to complete a deal to sign Fabinho from Monaco this summer, according to reports
Fabinho is definitely on course to become a Manchester United player this summer, according to journalist Emanuele Giulianelli.
The Italian reporter took to Twitter on Wednesday night to insist that the 23-year-old Brazilian remains on course to sign for Manchester United this term.
Manchester United are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new players this summer as Jose Mourinho prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next term.
And Italian reporter Giulianelli is convinced that Fabinho is definitely going to join the Red Devils this summer, despite “rumours” to the contrary.
Guilianelli tweeted on Wednesday night: “Fabinho will be a Manchester United player soon. I don’t believe in the rumors that tell different things. Let’s see. #MUFC.”
A move for Fabinho would make sense for Manchester United, who are believed to be on the lookout for a long-term successor to midfielder Michael Carrick at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils are currently preparing for their return to the Champions League next season after Mourinho led them to Europa League glory last term.
The Portuguese coach also led Manchester United to EFL Cup glory in his first campaign in charge at Old Trafford.
