Jamie Carragher makes prediction about Man United signings under Jose Mourinho
The Liverpool legend expects Jose Mourinho to invest heavily in new Manchester United signings in the summer

Jamie Carragher is tipping Jose Mourinho to have another busy summer of transfer activity at Manchester United.
The Red Devils boss signed four players in the summer transfer window following his appointment as Louis van Gaal’s replacement back in May 2016.
The 20-time English champions added Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan in deals worth in excess of £60m last summer.
Manchester United signed Paul Pogba in a world-record £89m deal from Serie A champions Juventus as the France midfielder returned to the Old Trafford club.
The Red Devils slumped to their eighth stalemate at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon following a goalless draw with West Bromwich Albion.
Speaking to Sky Sports News HQ about Manchester United’s potential signings in the summer transfer window, former Liverpool defender Carragher said:
“I’m sure United will spend big as they did last summer. It will be interesting what Jose Mourinho does in the summer in terms of money spent.
“For the money they have spent and the players they have, they shouldn’t be sixth. They’ve spent a few quid and they should be a lot higher than that.”
