Laura Robson splits from coach Miles Maclagan after four months
British No1 Laura Robson ends her four-month partnership with Andy Murray's former coach Miles Maclagan

Laura Robson has ended her four-month partnership with Andy Murray’s former coach Miles Maclagan.
The 19-year-old British No1 linked up with Maclagan after ending her nine-month stint with Croat Zeljko Krajan, but has opted for another change after a run of three matches won in four tournaments.
“Miles and I have decided not to continue our partnership,” Robson, who has previously been coached by Patrick Mouratoglou and Martijn Bok, wrote on her Facebook page.
“I want to thank Miles for stepping in on quick notice to be my coach this summer.
“I have great respect for him and a person and coach and look forward to continuing our friendship.
“I will take a couple weeks off to refresh my mind and body and will keep my fans updated on my coaching situation.”
Meanwhile, Heather Watson has dropped to No3 in the British rankings, behind Robson and Johanna Konta, as he poor form continues.
The 21-year-old Watson reached No39 earlier this year but has since endured a miserable season and has now dropped to No133 in the latest rankings.
Her disappointing run of form continued on Monday after she suffered a first-round exit in the Luxembourg Open at the hands of Belgium’s Yanina Wickmayer, 6-0 5-7 6-2.
