Laurent Koscielny backs Serge Gnabry to develop into an important player for Arsenal in future years

Laurent Koscielny has backed Serge Gnabry to develop into a top player for Arsenal in seasons to come.
The 18-year-old has impressed for the Gunners during his handful of appearances for Arsene Wenger’s men this season, scoring his first senior goal for the club in 2-1 win at Swansea City back in September.

Gnabry has made seven appearances for Arsenal so far this season and has been linked with a loan move away from north London in January, with Wigan Athletic touted as a potential destination.
And centre-half Koscielny believes there is plenty to come from the Germany Under-19 international.
“Serge has a lot of qualities to be a good player and can help the first team to win,” Koscielny told Arsenal Player.
“He has a lot of quality; he is quick, he has a lot of technique and he is so young so he has time.
“He needs to work hard in training to be with the first team but it is good for him to know the pressure of the game.”
