Laurent Koscielny hails Arsenal’s defensive stability
Laurent Koscielny says Arsenal's new-found defensive stability can be the key factor in helping them win a trophy

Laurent Koscielny believes that Arsenal’s new-found defensive stability can be the key factor in helping the Gunners end their long wait for a trophy.
The north Londoners have conceded just one goal in their last eight home games following Saturday’s 2-0 FA Cup win over Tottenham at Emirates Stadium.
We need to keep our quality to work hard in training and to be strong for the games

Arsenal, who are a point clear at the top of the table, have also conceded the fewest goals of any team in the Premier League so far this season.
And the France international feels that the Gunners’ home form will be key as they look to win the league for the first time since 2004.
“When you want to win the title you need to take care of all of the points at home,” Koscielny told Arsenal Player.
“To do this it’s important to not concede a lot of goals at the Emirates and we have done well.
“I hope we continue to do this for the rest of the season. I think all the players in the squad want to win something and we have worked hard. The season is very long and very hard.
“We need to keep our quality to work hard in training and to be strong for the games.
“You know when we keep a clean sheet that we have the players in front of us to make the difference and will have the opportunities to score.”
