Liverpool 3 Cardiff 1: Too early to talk about title, insists Luis Suarez
Liverpool 3 Cardiff 1: Luis Suárez says it's too early to talk about the Reds winning the title after beating the Bluebirds at Anfield
Luis Suarez insisted it was too early to talk about Liverpool winning the title after the Reds secured a comfortable victory over Cardiff City.
The 26-year-old, who had scored 17 Premier League goals prior to Saturday’s clash, make the breakthrough in the 25th minute with an expertly-taken volley.
It’s too early to say that (we can win the title)

The Merseyside outfit doubled their lead in 42nd minute when Suarez broke clear and teed up Raheem Sterling for the youngster’s second strike in successive games.
And Suarez capped a sparkling first-half display when curled a shot past Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall – before Jordan Mutch scored a consolation in the 58th minute.
The Reds hoisted themselves above Arsenal and into the Premier League’s top spot ahead of the Gunners’ clash against Chelsea at The Emirates on Monday – but Suarez played down growing title talk.
“Happy with new contract but I was focused on game. We played very well in first half,” Suarez told BT Sport.
“It’s too early to say that (we can win the title). It is important we work for the next game. When we play at home we are strong.”
