Ian Rush outlines what Naby Keita will give Liverpool FC
The Liverpool FC legend talks up Naby Keita following his arrival from RB Leipzig

Ian Rush believes Naby Keita will give Liverpool FC a different option in midfield.
The Guinea international completed a move to Liverpool FC in a £48m deal from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig this summer.
Liverpool FC reached an agreement with the German club in the 2017 summer transfer window before Keita spent the 2017-18 season at Leipzig.
The Merseyside outfit haven’t won the Premier League title but the addition of Keita should bolster their title bid.
The dynamic midfielder was a big hit in the Bundesliga after Keita’s move to RB Leipzig from Red Bull Salzburg in 2016.
Former Liverpool FC striker Rush explained what Keita will bring to Jurgen Klopp’s team.
“He is a different option,” Rush told the Second Captains podcast. “He does dribble a lot.
“People have been used to Gerrard and Henderson. It puts defenders on the back-foot. When defenders don’t know what to do, it puts him in a good position.”
Keita has scored 17 goals in 71 games in all competitions over the past two seasons at RB Leipzig before his move to Liverpool FC.
The 23-year-old has made 28 appearances for the Guinea national team after the Liverpool FC signing made his debut in 2013.
Liverpool FC have also signed AS Monaco star AS Monaco, Stoke playmaker Xherdan Shaqiri and AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
