Jermaine Jenas makes confident prediction about Liverpool FC
Jermaine Jenas is backing Liverpool FC to win their Champions League group in style this season

Jermaine Jenas is backing Liverpool to win their Champions League group and book their place in the last 16 in style.
The Reds were in rampant form on Tuesday night as they secured a famous 7-0 victory over Maribor to pick up their first group win of the campaign.
Liverpool had drawn their opening two Champions League games against Sevilla and Spartak Moscow, but they are now top of their group and on course to reach the first knockout round.
And former midfielder Jenas is backing the Reds to comfortably secure their progress to the last 16 of Europe’s elite club competition this season.
Speaking on BT Sport on Tuesday night after the 7-0 thrashing, Jenas said: “I expect Liverpool to win the group comfortably having seen all the teams in the group.”
Liverpool will now look to get back to winning ways in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Wembley to take on Tottenham Hotspur.
The Reds were held to a frustrating goalless draw by Manchester United in the top flight last weekend to leave them nine points behind leaders Manchester City after just eight games of the new campaign.
Liverpool finished fourth in the Premier League and without a trophy in Jurgen Klopp’s first full campaign in charge last season.
