Craig Bellamy states his prediction for Liverpool FC v Man City
The Liverpool FC legend warns the Premier League leaders Manchester City to expect their biggest challenge of the season at Anfield

Craig Bellamy has described Manchester City’s trip to Liverpool FC on Sunday as the Premier League leaders’ “biggest challenge” of the season.
The Citizens will make the trip to Merseyside looking to extend their unbeaten run to 23 games in the Premier League this season.
Manchester City are 15 points clear of second-placed Manchester United in the Premier League title race.
The Eastlands outfit were 5-0 winners against Liverpool FC at the Etihad Stadium back in September, although Sadio Mane’s sending off was a contributory factor.
Indeed, Liverpool FC appeared to be causing the Premier League leaders problems before Mane received a straight red card for a high challenge.
Former Manchester City striker Bellamy, who also represented the Reds in two spells, believes Jurgen Klopp’s men can cause Guardiola’s side a lot of problems at Anfield.
“I truly believe, and not just because I am a Liverpool supporter, with the stadium and the atmosphere, the way Liverpool play, this is Manchester City’s biggest test so far this season,” Bellamy told The Debate on Sky Sports on Tuesday night.
“If they come through this, they might [go unbeaten].”
Liverpool have won their last four Premier League games against Manchester City at Anfield to give Klopp’s players some confidence ahead of the top-six clash.
The Reds haven’t won the Premier League title and were pipped to the top-flight crown in 2014 when Manchester City finished just ahead of Liverpool FC.
